For Return :

Written authorization must be obtained prior to returning merchandise.  All returns should be sent back within 14 days in new, resalable condition.  Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.  Merchandise held longer than 30 days, or custom orders, are not returnable.  All returned items must be prepaid and sent back to MedArmour.  Returns must be received by MedArmour within 14 days of RMA issuance.  Please have the RMA written clearly on the outside of the package or on the shipping label.  Products received without an RMA # will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to sender.
